The Company uses third party vendors, financial partners, and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate our Service(s). If the parties are unable to resolve any dispute(s) through such negotiation, the parties shall enter into binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS Washington, D.C. Mediation, Arbitration and ADR Services or, if no longer in existence, another United States nationally-recognized administrator, and conducted in accordance with its comprehensive arbitration rules then in effect (the “Rules”). The arbitration shall be conducted in Washington, D.C. before a single neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Rules.
